About Darryl Ridgeway

Darryl Ridgeway has 20+ years of executive sales experience in corporate America. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Schering-Plough, GlaxoSmithKline, Siemens Telecommunications, Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors, and currently Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox and Roach Realtors where he specializes in investment properties and commercial buildings.

Darryl currently serves as Assistant Manager at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. He co-manages over 190 agents in the Society Hill office. Darryl's roles include supporting all agents to a successful career path through strategic business planning, mentorship, and leadership support. Darryl also serves as Co-Chair in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion employee program.

Darryl's entrepreneurial drive and passion for the arts have been satisfied by producing films, music videos, and corporate commercials in the entertainment industry for the past 16 years.

Darryl completed a professional leadership development program at the University of Pennsylvania in 2018 called Diversforce On Boards. This innovative program aims to help prepare mid-senior-level professionals of color to serve more effectively on governing boards. The program's success has attracted over 200+ non-profit board matching partners and support from the public, private, and philanthropic sectors.

Darryl is active in his Philadelphia and Delaware County communities, serving on several boards. He is the  Co-Chair of the Media Film Festival, an annual festival in Media, PA. He also serves as a board member on the following boards: The Fringe Arts Festival in Philadelphia, one of the largest arts festivals in the city. VestedIn, an organization that serves as an economic engine to create wealth-building opportunities in urban communities, Media Theatre, bacon of Delaware County for musical theatre and the performing arts. Finally, Darryl serves as the Program Director for the Media Youth Film Initiative (M.Y.F.I.), which teaches high school students the art of film production.
